Every slip, boat and invoice on one chart.
Dockline is marina management software for independent marinas and boatyards. Reservations, the yard, the fuel dock and billing all run from one live slip map, so your crew spends the season on the docks instead of on the phone.
Most marinas are live in two weeks. We move your slip contracts and customer list over for you.

Running 412 marinas and boatyards in Canada, the US, the UK and Spain.

- Greywater Harbour
- Saltmarsh Quay
- Port Aubrey Marina
- Kestrel Point Boatworks
- Cala Serena Port Esportiu
One system from the fuel dock to the travel lift.
Every part of Dockline shares the same customers, vessels and ledger. A haul-out booked in the yard shows up on the slip map and lands on the owner's statement without anyone typing it twice.
-
Slips and reservations
Seasonal contracts, waitlists and transient bookings on a live slip map. Boaters book online and the map updates itself.
-
Boatyard and service
Haul-out scheduling, work orders, technician time and parts, with photo sign-off before a boat goes back in the water.
-
Fuel dock and ship store
A point of sale that charges fuel, ice and pump-outs straight to the boater's account, and keeps working when the dock Wi-Fi drops.
-
Billing and payments
Seasonal contracts, metered power, storage and yard work on one statement, paid by card or bank with auto-pay.
-
Boater app
Owners request launches, pay bills and book transient nights from their phone, so the office phone rings less.
-
Reports
Occupancy, revenue per slip foot and yard utilisation by week, dock or season. Built for owners and lenders as well as the office.
Built around the way a marina year actually runs.
The same records carry a boat from spring launch to winter storage, so nothing gets re-entered when the season turns.
March to May
Spring launch
Owners pick launch slots in the app. The yard board fills in order of readiness, and seasonal invoices go out with auto-pay already set.
June to August
Peak season
Transient boaters book online against live availability. Fuel, ice and pump-outs charge straight to their slip.
September to November
Haul-out
Haul-out requests become yard jobs with a lift schedule, parts list and photo sign-off.
December to February
Winter storage
Storage, shrink-wrap and winter work billed on one statement. Next season's contracts renew in a click.
We used to spend the first week of May on the phone confirming launch dates. Now owners pick a slot in the app and the yard crew sees it on the board the same minute.
- 31%more transient revenue in the first full season

Questions harbourmasters ask us.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most marinas are live in two weeks. Send us your slip contracts, customer and vessel lists as spreadsheets or an export from your current system, and we import them and draw your docks onto your Dockline chart.
What happens when the Wi-Fi on the docks drops?
The dockhand, fuel dock and yard apps keep working offline and sync as soon as they reconnect. Nothing your crew enters is lost.
Can boaters book transient nights online?
Yes. Your booking page shows real availability from the slip map, takes payment up front and sends arrival instructions with the slip number.
Do you work outside North America?
Dockline supports CAD, USD, GBP and EUR, VAT invoicing, and English, French and Spanish. Our European team is based in Barcelona.
